Mission Statement
Native Coast Action Network is a Native woman-led [501(c)3; California non-profit] non-profit. Our mission is to provide dynamic opportunities for West Coast Native peoples to create and implement cultural and environmental initiatives that ensure a resilient future for their peoples, their lands and their waters.
Vision Statement
We envision a West Coast Native network, strongly grounded in cultural practice, with traditional skills to manage the land, resources, and to provide education. Through shared responsibility for the preservation and revitalization of indigenous cultural knowledge, we are connected as community sharing resources and thriving in our coastal homelands.
Purpose Statement
Our purpose is to preserve and revitalize coastal Native homelands and cultures by providing dynamic opportunities for building practical and traditional knowledge by empowering indigenous communities and their allies to work together through training and expert consultation.
